I earned a Bronze Level Production Award at the 2026 Denver Metro Association of Realtors Excellence Awards, one of five honors my team at Live.Laugh.Colorado. Real Estate Group brought home this year.

What Award Did I Win at the 2026 DMAR Excellence Awards?

I was recognized with a Bronze Level Production Award at this year’s Denver Metro Association of Realtors, or DMAR, Excellence Awards. The award reflects a year of closed transactions with buyers and sellers here in Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and across the Denver Metro area, along with the specialized work I do as a Certified Divorce Specialist, helping clients navigate real estate decisions during a divorce.

It is the second time I have been recognized at the DMAR Excellence Awards, and it means a lot to have that work acknowledged by my peers across the local Realtor® community.

What Is the DMAR Excellence Awards Program?

The Denver Metro Association of Realtors holds its Excellence Awards every year to recognize top-producing individuals, partnerships, teams, offices, and brokerages across the region. The program also includes special awards for leadership, mentorship, and community service, alongside the production-based categories.

Being recognized at the Excellence Awards is one of the more visible ways the local Realtor® community acknowledges both performance and character within the profession. It is not just about closed transaction volume. Several of the categories are built specifically to recognize service, industry involvement, and the people who support agents behind the scenes.

What Other Awards Did My Team at Live.Laugh.Colorado. Win This Year?

I am proud to work alongside a team that had a strong showing this year. In total, five of us at Live.Laugh.Colorado. Real Estate Group were recognized:

  • Tracee Wilcox, Support Person of the Year
  • Delia Garcia, Pathways Award
  • Christina Ray, Emerging Champion Award and Gold Level Production
  • Me, Maci Chance, Bronze Level Production

Tracee oversees operations for more than 200 transactions a year for our team, including compliance and financial management, and she is a go-to resource for agents working through complex transactions. Delia was recognized for her work serving Spanish-speaking clients and making the homebuying process more accessible. Christina was honored for her leadership, her mentorship of newer agents, and her involvement with DMAR’s Market Trends Committee, on top of her own strong production numbers.

Why Do These Awards Matter to Me as a Littleton Realtor®?

Individually, these awards are meaningful. Together, they say something about the team I chose to build my business with. Live.Laugh.Colorado. Real Estate Group is a locally owned, woman-owned brokerage, and our broker owner, Lindsey Benton, has built the team around what she calls a “teamerage model,” meaning we share resources, market knowledge, and support with each other instead of operating in isolation.

That structure directly affects the experience my clients have. When I have questions on a tricky transaction, I have colleagues like Tracee and Christina to lean on. When I need a second opinion on how to position a listing, I have a whole team of agents who know the Denver Metro market from different angles. Recognition like this year’s Excellence Awards is a nice moment, but the day-to-day value of that support shows up in the work I do for buyers and sellers here in Littleton.

What Does Bronze Level Production Recognition Actually Mean?

DMAR’s production awards are tiered based on sales volume and closed transactions over the year, and agents are recognized at different levels depending on where their numbers land, generally ranging from bronze up through higher tiers for the highest-producing agents and teams in the region. A Bronze Level award reflects a solid, consistent year of closed business. For me, that meant working with a mix of first-time buyers finding their footing in the Littleton real estate market, sellers preparing to list their homes, and clients working through a divorce who needed a Realtor® who understood both the transaction and the transition they were going through.

I bring that up because I think it is easy to assume production awards only go to agents doing dozens of high-dollar luxury deals. That is not the whole picture. A lot of my business is helping everyday buyers purchase their first home in Littleton, helping sellers move on from a home they have outgrown, or helping clients figure out what happens to a house during a divorce. Those transactions matter just as much, and DMAR’s Excellence Awards recognize that range of work across the industry, not just the biggest sale prices.

Does Winning an Award Change How I Work With Clients?

Not really, and I mean that as a good thing. The work that earned this recognition is the same work I was already doing before the award, and it is the same work I will keep doing after it. That means answering questions honestly, even when the answer is not what a client wants to hear. It means walking buyers through what a home actually needs before they fall in love with it and helping sellers understand what their home is really worth in today’s Littleton real estate market, not what they hope it is worth.

If anything, being recognized alongside teammates like Tracee, Delia, and Christina is a reminder that good client outcomes rarely come from one person working alone. Every closing I am part of also involves people behind the scenes making sure paperwork is accurate, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.

How Does Working With an Award-Recognized Team Help You as a Buyer or Seller?

If you are buying or selling a home in Littleton or anywhere in the Denver Metro area, the agent you work with matters, but so does the team standing behind that agent. When your Realtor® has colleagues who specialize in different parts of the business, from compliance and operations to market trends and client advocacy, you benefit from that collective knowledge even if you never meet everyone on the team directly.

That is part of what I bring to every client relationship as a Littleton Realtor® with Live.Laugh.Colorado. Real Estate Group. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a home in Littleton, or working through a real estate decision during a divorce, you are getting my direct attention backed by a team that has now been recognized for both production and service at the regional level.

What’s Next for Me and My Team?

This award does not change my day-to-day plans. I am still focused on the same things I was focused on before the Excellence Awards ceremony: helping buyers find the right home in Littleton, helping sellers price and prepare their homes correctly, and being a steady resource for clients navigating a divorce. If anything, being recognized alongside four teammates who each bring something different to Live.Laugh.Colorado. Real Estate Group is a motivation to keep learning from them.

I will also keep sharing what I learn here on my blog, whether that is a straightforward how-to guide for buyers and sellers or an update like this one about what is happening with my team. If there is a topic you would like me to cover, from navigating your first offer to understanding how a divorce affects your home sale, feel free to reach out. That is exactly the kind of question I am here to answer.
